1000 Rep Workout!

One of my most popular Women on Weights (the fitness class I teach) workouts has been my “1000 Rep” workout. I got the idea for this fantastic workout from Julie, aka PBFingers, but I had to modify the workout a bit to fit my class’ fitness levels (here are some ways I modify workouts for my classes) and due to the limited equipment available to us.

The ladies were really feeling the effects DURING the workout and for several days after (muahahahahaha – evil laugh) but the following week, they raved about how much fun it was!
