Super Bowl Fitness Challenge

The Super Bowl is like a national holiday in the US. A typical Super Bowl Sunday at our house looks like this: food, friends, more food, football, even more food and commercials.

But let's combat our food intake with a hardcore Super Bowl Fitness Challenge! We'll work on strength during the game and cardio during the commercial breaks!

Here's my video demonstrating the different moves, along with modifications for many of the exercises.

P.S. pay no attention to my lower back dropping during my pushups... it's a work in progress.

Remember, 80% of the battle is nutrition, 20% workouts. So don't overindulge on the chips, dip, wings, pizza, bacon wraps, etc. or else those burpees and high-knees will hurt even more!

Let's chat!

    1. Haha, I already warned my husband that I was going to look crazy, but I was going to do it anyway! You should have them join you in the challenge! Then you can be crazy and fit together! Let me know how it goes!

  4. We actually don't have any Super Bowl plans this year! I am going to clean the house today, and we might have some friends over tonight. We'll see. If so then I'll make a few dishes ;)

  5. I think you went about your Superbowl day much more healthy than I did! Although I did go for my first bike ride of the season before the game, so that was good.
